My professional journey began at Handicap International, where I had the privilege of developing regular donors. This experience deeply nourished my passion for fundraising.
By then joining the fundraising agency Faircom Geneva, today Fundstory, I shared my expertise with prestigious organizations such as the ICRC, Medair, Fondation Romande des Sourd Aveugles, Pro Senectute Vaud, Médecins du Monde Suisse, Caritas Geneva, and many others. This period allowed me to perfect my strategic fundraising skills. More recently, within the Roman Catholic Church in Geneva, I successfully led a major gifts fundraising campaign.
With my transversal vision, my network of partners and my in-depth knowledge of the Swiss market, I founded Smongein Fundraising in 2023. Specializing in fundraising and general interest communication, my company offers support based on solid local expertise and an in-depth understanding of fundraising issues. I work in Switzerland as well as in France, in particular to support French associations seeking to expand in Switzerland.
My approach, centered on a network of partners, highlights professionalism, flexibility and efficiency to meet current fundraising challenges. As the partner of choice, my clients benefit from strong support as well as access to an extensive network of dedicated experts and partners, ensuring tangible and lasting results for their fundraising initiatives.
Finally, I share my experience on mobilizing resources from major donors to the HEG-Geneva as part of the CAS Fundraising and within the WWF's One planet Lab "Book your expert" network.
